A Time to Remodel?
ByBecause of our declining real estate values, you may wonder if it’s wise to do that kitchen or bath remodel at this time. Instead of remodeling the entire kitchen, maybe you can spruce it up with some new counter tops and tile flooring or that bathroom with a new shower or a new vanity with an updated lavatory faucet.
