It’s been awhile since I’ve written, but Dennis and I wanted to take a moment and wish all of you a very Happy Thanksgiving. It’s that time of year when we give thanks for all of the blessings in our lives, and we just want to thank you for being such great customers and friends. We, here at Qualtire Plumbing & Construction, are so fortunate to have such a loyal customer base and hope that we may continue to serve you for many more years.

Happy Belated Labor Day to everyone. Hope you all had a lovely three day weekend. As an Arizona resident, we were thrilled to say good-bye to August and all the heat records that it set. Even though September will still be hot, we all hope the worst is behind us!
So the kids are back in school, summer vacations are over, and it’s time to think about those pesky home repairs we have been putting off. I have just posted our September specials and wanted you to be aware that throughout the month, we are offering specials on our labor.

Lurking Behind Those Walls

- There is obvious mold behind the walls.
Leaking drain pipes in an upstairs condo unit caused this mold in the unit below. Testing revealed several strains of mold, and of course, the black mold is obvious. Protective clothing is required in jobs such as these as you can tell from the picture of Robby.

Just wanted to let everyone that I have just posted our April specials – and this is no joke. Seriously, though, it’s hard to believe that it’s almost April. Having said that, we know the inevitable heat is about to arrive; which is why April is the month to service that air conditioner. So take advantage of our special to service that a/c for only $90. In addition, we are continuing to offer our free estimates to anyone that sustained hail damage from the storm last fall. It’s March 1st!

Hi all. It’s hard to believe March is upon us, and spring is just around the corner. For those of us here in Arizona, we also know that means the heat is just around the corner. But let’s not think about that just yet. Let’s think about how beautiful March is here in the desert and ponder on a few Irish sayings:

I just posted our March specials. We are continuing our free estimates for any storm damage repairs: new roofs, patio covers, window screens, etc. We are also continuing 10% off your total electrical, plumbing or construction repair bill for the month of March.

Can you believe it’s February already? Dennis and I will be celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary on Valentine’s Day, so it’s a special month for us.

It has been a difficult few years but thanks to all of you and your loyalty, we continue to be your Phoenix plumbing and remodeling company. We have been serving Phoenix and the greater valley since 1964 and want to say a big thank you for your continued patronage through these difficult times. We’ve weathered the storms together (including the October hail storm which brought many new roofs and repairs to the valley) and look forward to a brighter future.
